Divisions
KIDS (under 14)
TEENS (14-17)
ADULT (18+)
KIDS (13 and under)
• ALL CHOKES AND ARM LOCKS ARE ALLOWED
• NO LOWER BODY SUBMISSIONS
• NO STANDING GUILLOTINES, NECK CRANKS, SPINAL ATTACKS OR SLICERS
• NO WRIST LOCKS
TEENS (14-17)
• STRAIGHT ANKLE LOCKS ARE ONLY LEG LOCKS ALLOWED
• NO NECK CRANKS, SPINAL ATTACKS, SLICERS OR WRIST LOCKS
ADULT/TEEN BEGINNER
• STRAIGHT ANKLE, KNEE BAR, AND TOE HOLDS ARE ALLOWED
• REAPING IS ALLOWED
• NO HEEL HOOKS
• NO SPINAL ATTACKS
ADULT ADVANCED
• ALL SUBS LEGAL
Illegal Techniques for all Divisions
• NO SLAMMING OR SPIKING YOUR OPPONENT DIRECTLY ON THEIR HEAD OR NECK
• NO FLYING SCISSOR TAKEDOWNS
• NO SMALL JOINT MANIPULATION
• NO STRIKES OF ANY KIND
• NO GRABBING OR ATTACKING THE TRACHEA/WINDPIPE DIRECTLY
• NO COVERING THE NOSE AND MOUTH WITH YOUR HAND
ALL MATCHES ARE SUBMISSION ONLY NO POINTS
Up to 3 Judges
cageside or Referee will score the match in its entirety. If a match does not end in a
submission, the three criteria the judges look at are -

Positional Dominance
All matches are three 2-minute rounds with 30 seconds breaks. Competitors will wear MMA gloves, mouthpiece, and cup.

CASH PRIZE
(SPECTATOR TICKET SALES REQUIRED FOR CASH PRIZE ELIGIBILITY. Sold per competitor. Spectator Tickets $50 each. Due at weigh ins. Payouts after show. No exceptions.)
3 TICKETS = $300 CASH PRIZE
2 Tickets = $150 Cash Prize
1 Ticket = $100 Cash Prize
0 Tickets = Ineligible for Cash Prize
CASH PAYOUTS (T-shirt Sales)
(MINIMUM 10 TSHIRT TICKETS SOLD PER COMPETITOR TO RECEIVE PAYOUT. Tshirts $25 each. Competitor pays for and receives shirts at weigh in. Payouts after show. No exceptions.)

$200- Overall Champion
$100- Weight Class Champions
$50 - Weight Class 2nd Place

Overall Champion Eligible for $500 total.

(In the event of uneven brackets, be prepared to go to a Madison style system of mixed weight bracketing.)
Rules are revised yearly or as needed by the WCG Rules Advisors Team.
The WARRIOR CG Rules Advisors Team is a Private Not for Profit Independent Auditory & Advisory Board. Its members are accomplished Combat Sports Fighters, Coaches, Gym Owners, and Promoters. Board members serve as Referees, Officials, Judges, and in Regulatory Capacities of Promotions in the sport of Jiu Jitsu Cage Grappling. Warrior Cage Grappling is proud to have the support of the WARRIOR CG Rules Advisors for the conduct and supervision of its events.
